The 2025 Arnold Strongman & Strongwoman Classic was a true showcase of grit, power, and determination, and we couldn’t be prouder of our Silverback athletes who stepped onto the grand stage. Competing against the best in the world, Hafthor Björnsson, Evan Singleton, Andrea Thompson, and Lucy Underdown delivered incredible performances that embodied everything Silverback stands for—relentless strength, unwavering resilience, and the drive to break barriers.
Hafthor Björnsson – The Mountain’s Return to War
Thor continues his resurgence with another impressive display. He truly is getting back to his best self.
Performance Highlights:
- 🏆 Elephant Bar Deadlift – 1,026 lbs (465.3 kg) 🥇 1st place – An absolute statement in his first event back.
- 🔥 Timber Trial – 🥇 1st place – Proving his grip and endurance are still world-class.

Strength. Power. Legacy. There’s no other way to describe Lucy Underdown’s performance at the 2025 Arnold Strongwoman Classic. With every single lift, she rewrites history—and this year was no exception.

Final Standings – The Moose is still the one to beat
Men’s Final Standings – 2025 Arnold Strongman Classic
🥇 Mitchell Hooper dominated the competition, securing first place with 51.5 points, proving once again why he is the man to beat in strongman. His consistency across all events ensured his third consecutive Arnold Classic title.
🥈 Lucas Hatton made a name for himself, finishing in second place with 49 points. His strong performances, particularly in pressing and speed events, showed that he is a rising star in the sport.
🥉 Hafthor Björnsson marked his return to strongman with an incredible podium finish, taking third place with 42.5 points. His dominance in the Elephant Bar Deadlift and Timber Trial demonstrated that the legend still has plenty left in the tank.
🏅 Trey Mitchell finished in fourth place with 39 points, delivering a solid performance throughout the competition. His impressive pressing strength and endurance kept him near the top contenders.
🏅 Tom Stoltman, a former World’s Strongest Man, secured fifth place with 37 points, showing his world-class ability, especially in stone lifting and moving events.
🏅 Evan Singleton fought hard but landed in sixth place with 33 points. Despite some challenges, he had standout performances in the Timber Carry and continues to be one of the sport’s fiercest competitors.
Women’s Final Standings – 2025 Arnold Strongwoman Classic
🥇 Inez Carrasquillo dominated the women’s division, securing first place with 60.5 points. Her exceptional pressing power and overall strength set her apart from the rest, making her the clear champion.
🥈 Olga Liashchuk claimed second place with 56.5 points, proving once again why she’s one of the best all-around athletes in strongwoman. Her performances in the Stone-to-Shoulder and endurance-based events were particularly strong.
🥉 Angelica Jardine finished in third place with 50 points, displaying remarkable consistency across all events and cementing her status as a top competitor.
🏅 Andrea Thompson, one of Silverback’s standout athletes, took fourth place with 48 points. Her incredible deadlift and stone-lifting ability were among the highlights of the competition, and she remains one of the sport’s greatest.
🏅 Rebecca Roberts secured fifth place with 42 points, putting up a great fight against some of the strongest women in the world.
🏅 Lucy Underdown, Silverback’s very own record-breaker, finished in sixth place with 36 points. Her historic 676-pound deadlift was one of the defining moments of the competition, proving that she is the strongest female deadlifter in history.
