I’m Tom Owens, the reigning England’s and Britain’s Strongest Man in the u105kg class—a title that reflects my dedication and passion for Strongman. Though I’ve only been competing for a few years, I’ve made my mark on the sport, competing internationally at seven of the most prestigious Strongman events and consistently placing in the top three at the Strongman World Championships and Europe’s Strongest Man.

My ultimate goal is to win the World’s Strongest Man title in my weight class, but I also have a bigger ambition: to be the first weight-class athlete invited to Giants Live, proving that elite athletes aren’t defined by size alone, but by skill, dedication, and relentless drive.
