I was born on February 29, 1988, and my journey into bodybuilding began after a successful career in competitive swimming, where I competed at the national level, including trials for the Commonwealth Games and Olympics. As a teenager, I was naturally slender, and bodybuilding appealed to me as a way to build physical and mental strength while boosting my self-confidence.
In 2010, I took the plunge into bodybuilding, stepping onto the competitive stage for the first time. I quickly realized how much the sport impacted my personal growth, instilling dedication, willpower, and a sense of purpose that stretched beyond the gym.
Bodybuilding became more than a passion, it was a fulfilling career. At 6 feet 6 inches, I was proud to be the tallest IFBB Pro open bodybuilder in the world, a distinction that highlights my dedication and unique journey from a slender teen to a world-renowned athlete.
I’ve not only found success in competitions but also dedicated myself to coaching others, helping both aspiring bodybuilders and the general public reach their fitness goals. My coaching combines technical expertise with an understanding of personal transformation.
