I’m Adam Roszkowski, and my life has been shaped by the pursuit of excellence in strength, discipline, and performance. My journey began with ballroom and Latin dancing, where, from 2000 to 2011, I poured myself into the craft. I had the honor of becoming the Vice-Champion of Poland, a semi-finalist in both World and European Championships, and a winner of numerous international dance contests and Grand Prix titles. Dancing taught me precision, rhythm, and the drive to reach new heights—qualities that would serve me well in the years to come.
In 2012, I transitioned to American football, where I played with a fierce passion and dedication for almost a decade. Competing across Europe, I became a European Champion, a German Champion, and held multiple vice-champion titles in Poland. Representing Poland as part of the national team for multiple years was an immense honor, and it reinforced my commitment to teamwork, resilience, and pushing limits.
Since 2021, I’ve immersed myself in the world of strongman, bringing the discipline and strength honed from years of sport. In my debut year, I placed 3rd in Germany’s Strongest Man, and by 2022, I earned the title of Polish Strongest Man (Amateur). My drive pushed me to podium finishes in Polish Cups between 2021 and 2024, and to victories at the FIBO Strongman Class X Championship in 2022 and 2023. Competing on the world stage has been humbling and exhilarating, from representing in the SCL World’s Strongest Team to placing 2nd at the World Truck pull Championship in 2023.
The Strongman Champions League has become a significant part of my career, where I’ve stood on multiple podiums and claimed four titles. Competing at the World’s Strongest Man event was a proud moment, a testament to the years of hard work and dedication. I’m always driven by a deep respect for the sport and an unyielding desire to achieve more, to push boundaries, and to inspire others to do the same.
