This year, I've competed in seven shows across the UK, Munich, and Budapest.
In July, I entered the PCA competition and won a gold medal in the Junior bodybuilding class. Since my birthday is in September, I’ve now moved up into the Men’s category.
At the BNBF Southern and Finals, I achieved a strong second-place finish. I then competed at the UKDFBA Heart of England, where I took another second place. Following that, I entered the UKDFBA Internationals, where I placed first in the Men’s Short category and was the youngest competitor in my class.
Representing the UK, I went on to the DFAC World’s in Munich, where I took silver in the same category.
My final show of the season was at the Natural Universe in Budapest, Hungary, where I won the Gold medal in Men’s Short bodybuilding and earned my PNBA Pro card.
In 2022, I competed in the Juniors classes, winning gold at BNBF and WNBF. I then represented the UK in Los Angeles, competing in the Men’s category as there was no Juniors class, where I achieved a fifth-place finish.
Before COVID, I entered my very first show as a teenager and took gold at the regionals. Shortly after that, I was playing in a friendly football game when I tore my ACL and broke my leg. That marked the beginning of my journey to recovery and building back stronger. During lockdown, I focused on my rehabilitation, turning the living room into a gym with any equipment I could gather.
Before bodybuilding, I earned a Personal Trainer qualification while in college and played for two local football teams that advanced from Division 2 to Division 1. In school, I represented my teams in football, rugby, and athletics.
