Fortis Xmax Deadlift Belt

The ultimate companion for those heavy deadlift days!  This belt is easily adjustable with a durable metal clasp and extended velcro to give you that really locked in feeling.  The belt allows you to get locked in but due to the height it still allows the required amount of movement to train effectively.  

This belt will also allow you to target specific areas that require support due to its flexibility and manoeuvrability.  

Perfect for deadlifting, events or for generic lower back support. 

We suggest to position this belt in the mid section directly over the belly button, lock the belt in and then breathe to get locked in. Always remember when lifting to push your diaphragm out against the belt when starting your lift to achieve maximum stability and prevent injury
