Project Fortis Xmotion Gripper Shirt
Perfect for events training including, overhead log, yoke, squats and dumbell press. Super sticky silicone print to minimise movement of the bar when performing those specific events. By minimising bar roll you can drastically reduce your chance of injury and maximise the effectiveness of your training. We have also added in a compression hem to minimise lateral movement of the shirt.
This shirt needs to be worn tight. Stick to your usual size unless you are in between sizes. If you are in between sizes then we advise to size down.
