Delivery

We offer a standard and express shipping service to the rest of the world, both of which are fully tracked.  We use Royal Mail for our standard service which is then passed on to local couriers once it arrives in your local country.

We indicate delivery times of 2 - 10 business days from the UK to the rest of the world depending upon your country.  These timescales can be longer during peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas etc.), but Royal Mail deliver within these timescales in 90% of all of their global deliveries across the year.

Orders placed over the weekend are not collected from our distribution centre until the next working day (Monday), so please factor this into your delivery expectations

Pricing is dependant upon order value as we subsidise the shipping costs.  The table below shows you our price breaks for shipping.  Prices do vary depending on country, but the range is indicated below.  Exact figures are displayed at checkout

We also offer a premium service with DHL.  This can be as quick as next day depending on where where within Europe that you reside.  This service comes at a price unfortunately! 

Returns

Items must be returned within 30 days of your order and be returned as new with tags.

*Orders from November 15th have an extended returns period due to the Christmas period.  We will accept returns on orders placed on and before the 15th November up until the 7th January.

Please contact us via the chat mechanism on the website to arrange a return.  We will work with you to provide the most cost effective method to return your item

Unfortunately we're unable to offer an exchange service at this time, but you will be issued with a voucher code to reduce the shipping on your replacement order.
