I’m Sian Chapman, a figure bodybuilder who started competing at 19. My journey into bodybuilding began with strength training to improve my performance in horse riding. Soon, I explored powerlifting but found my true passion in bodybuilding.
In my first competitive season, I placed 4th at the PCA British Finals and took on an open class at a 2Bros IFBB show, where I placed 3rd against seasoned athletes, an achievement I’m proud of as the youngest in my category.
Afterward, I took an 18-month offseason to focus on building size and balance, especially in my deltoids, to improve my overall symmetry. Now, I’m preparing for competitions in early 2025 with the goal of earning my IFBB Pro Card by 21, aiming to become one of the youngest ever in my category. My commitment to this journey is stronger than ever as I push toward my ultimate goal.
