All returns must be in the same condition as received, unworn with tags and sent back in appropriate packaging. We ship globally and accept returns from all over the world.
We offer free returns for exchange for store credit in the UK. International returns are subsidised by us to reduce cost but exchanges are not possible at this time. Your order will be refunded.
How long does it take to process my return?
Returns are typically processed within 1-2 days from receipt at our returns warehouse. You will be notified by email as soon as your return is processed.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed as soon as your items have been processes and accepted by our team. It can take 1-3 days for your funds to go back onto your card.
