Delivery

 We use Royal Mail as our logistics partner for deliveries within the United Kingdom.  We've secured competitive rates and we're able to offer free shipping for orders over £75.

To make your shopping experience with Silverback the best it can be, we want to highlight a few things regarding delivery and how it works.

 

• Once you place an order you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. Ideally, as you place the order, we recommend you leave a phone number as well as an email address, as you will receive regular updates and notifications as your parcel travels through the system.
• On average, the standard shipping time within the UK is 2-3 working days (this excludes weekends and all bank holidays). The express delivery service also is based on working days, so please be mindful of this when placing orders.
• We appreciate that there are sometimes delays with deliveries which are out of our control. However, we will always do all we can to help you so if you have any concerns, please do get in touch with us either via email or live chat on our website.

Returns

Silverback offers a subsidised returns process to reduce the cost of returning items to us.

 

***CHRISTMAS RETURNS***

If you are preparing early and purchasing for Christmas we are pleased to offer customers extended returns options.  You will have have until the 31st January to return any Christmas purchases.  All products must not be worn or soiled and still have tags attached.  This extended offer runs from purchases made from the 1st November.

Items must be returned within 30 days of your order and be returned as new with tags.
