We offer an express shipping service to the Europe which is fully tracked via Evri. Full tracking details will be included with your order
We indicate delivery times of 1 - 3 business days from the UK to Europe. These timescales can be longer during peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas etc.).
Orders placed over the weekend are not collected from our distribution centre until the next working day (Monday), so please factor this into your delivery expectations
Pricing is dependant upon order value as we subsidise the shipping costs to Europe. The table below shows you our price breaks for shipping. Prices do vary depending on country, but the range is indicated below. Exact figures are displayed at checkout

Returns
Silverback offers a subsidised returns process to reduce the cost of returning items to us. (Live in Finland, Germany, Netherlands, Sweden and the USA)
Follow the link below where you can select your desired return at a subsidised rate. We do offer product exchanges which are all included in the returns pricing
Items must be returned within 30 days of your order and be returned as new with tags.
